For this reason, our teachers pay particular attention to students’ mistakes and corrections.

Our Italian lessons in Venice have no more than 6 participants per group.

We deliberately keep our groups small so that every student has plenty of opportunities to speak, interact with the teacher and receive individual attention.

When you study with other people, the teacher also uses language games, pair activities, challenges and playful communication techniques to encourage everyone to participate.

Learning Italian becomes a social experience: students speak to each other, laugh, make mistakes, help each other and learn together.

Venice Becomes Your Italian Classroom

Why learn Italian surrounded by four walls when you can learn it while exploring Venice?

During your lesson, you will walk along Venetian fondamente, cross campi and campielli and explore the narrow streets known as calli.

Whenever possible, we leave the busiest tourist routes behind and use the city itself as part of the lesson.

A café, a shop, a market, a square or something unexpected that happens during the walk can become an opportunity to learn a new word, ask a question or start a conversation.

The teacher can also use a small portable whiteboard whenever a visual explanation of vocabulary or grammar is useful.

This means that Venice is not simply the background to your lesson.

Venice becomes part of the way you learn Italian.

A Playful and Communicative Way to Learn Italian

We believe that people learn languages better when they are actively involved, curious and relaxed.

For this reason, our teachers use communicative and playful teaching techniques designed to encourage interaction and spontaneous conversation.

You don’t need to speak Italian before joining the lesson.

The teacher will help you with pronunciation and introduce the language gradually through simple real-life situations.

Elementary and Intermediate – A2/B1

Develop your vocabulary, improve your conversation skills and become more confident using Italian in everyday situations.

Your teacher will help you identify recurring mistakes and find more natural ways of expressing yourself.

Upper-Intermediate and Advanced – B2/C1/C2

Use Venice as the setting for real conversation in Italian.

Discuss Italian culture, Venice, current events and topics that interest you while working on fluency, vocabulary, pronunciation, idiomatic expressions and grammatical accuracy.

Your teacher will provide personalised feedback and corrections to help make your Italian increasingly natural.
